As a Line Maintenance Resource Planning Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our line maintenance activities. Reporting to the Head of Line Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate resource plans, coordinating staffing needs, and supporting operational continuity across shifts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing rosters, responding to real-time operational changes, and liaising with internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
A minimum of a Diploma in Management or related field, you will possess at least 3 years of experience in line maintenance operations, you bring a deep understanding of scheduling tools and maintenance software such as AMOS.
You are also required to hold the appropriate police security clearance required for the role.
