In this role you will be at the forefront of ensuring our aircraft components are top-notch, managing warranty claims from start to finish, and collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues swiftly.

 

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a key player in keeping our fleet running smoothly and cost-effectively, all while supporting our commitment to quality and safety. 

 

In addition, you will manage all aspects of warranty claims - from reviewing parts and components to coordinating with suppliers and OEMs for prompt resolutions.

 

Your expertise in failure analysis and compliance will ensure the highest safety standards are met, while your ability to monitor and control warranty-related expenditures will directly contribute to our bottom line.

About You

Degree educated, you will possess at least 5 years of experience in materials management, warranty engineering, or technical services, ideally within the aviation or aerospace industry. 

 

You will have a proven track record of managing aircraft spare parts, components and MRO processes combined with solid understanding of warranty terms, conditions and claim processes within the airline industry. 

 

Your expertise and your ability to thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment will be instrumental in managing warranty claims and optimizing the lifecycle of essential materials that keep our fleet operational.
