About the Role

Are you an organized professional passionate about facilitating seamless communication and operational excellence in line maintenance operations?

 

You will provide administrative and operational support to the Line Maintenance team, serving as the crucial link that facilitates communication within Riyadh Air sections and ensures smooth daily operations at our airport facility.

 

In this role, you will serve as the focal point for all communication with internal departments and external suppliers, generate all QTR workflow requests and monitor progress through the approval process to ensure no blockages arise. You will provide administrative support for the facilities department including filing, report writing, preparing presentations, and processing applications for airport security passes.

 

You can expect to coordinate with technical training and HR departments for new joiners and training course bookings, directly support the Senior Manager by scheduling meetings and appointments, and prepare presentation materials. You'll produce detailed reports on projects and liaise with various stakeholders, representing Riyadh Air in communications with suppliers to plan and organize activities across the line maintenance operation.

 

This is a critical role where your organizational expertise and communication skills will directly enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and Riyadh Air's line maintenance excellence.

About You

Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred with AMOS training, you will demonstrate 3 years of working experience from the MRO, Airline, or Aerospace industry with rich experience in administrative operations and coordination.

 

You are expected to possess exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking essential for monitoring workflow processes and identifying potential issues. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, along with a highly elevated level of professionalism and strong work ethic.

 

We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess AMOS training or experience, proficiency in report writing and presentation preparation, experience coordinating with training and HR departments, and the ability to hold appropriate police security clearance required for the role.
