Are you detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing fleet performance and driving operational excellence?
You will support the efficient management and optimization of Riyadh Air's fleet assets, including both wide-body and narrow-body aircraft. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, compliance with maintenance and lease requirements, and contributing to financial and operational strategies that maximize asset value and utilization.
You can expect to maintain comprehensive fleet records with 100% data accuracy, including leasing agreements, maintenance schedules, and aircraft specifications. You'll coordinate aircraft maintenance planning with engineering teams, verify compliance with lease agreements, and prepare regular technical reports for lessors in line with contractual obligations. Your work will directly support aircraft modifications, upgrades, and the entire acquisition and disposal lifecycle.
In this role, you will analyze leasing agreements and financial arrangements to identify cost optimization opportunities, support fleet budgeting with accurate forecasts, and contribute to contract evaluations through detailed financial models and risk assessments. You'll collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to optimize aircraft utilization, providing utilization dashboards and performance metrics that drive efficiency improvements.
You'll also serve as a key liaison, coordinating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders including lessors and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. Your analytical insights on fleet performance data will identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance Riyadh Air's operational effectiveness.
This is a critical support role where your attention to detail, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills will directly contribute to maximizing the value of Riyadh Air's growing fleet.
You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, bringing a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably within the aviation industry.
You are expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of aircraft technical aspects, leasing contracts, and aviation regulations, combined with proficiency in financial analysis and data management. Your ability to manage the lifecycle of both wide-body and narrow-body aircraft ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of fleet assets.
