It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
Are you ready to lead airworthiness excellence and shape the future of aviation safety?
You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous airworthiness of our aircraft fleet in compliance with international aviation regulations (EASA, GCAA, FAA). As Director of CAMO/Engineering, you'll oversee engineering, maintenance planning, reliability, and compliance functions, ensuring operational safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence across our growing fleet.
In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with our airline's ambitious goals. You'll lead a talented team to maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality while overseeing the development and approval of Aircraft Maintenance Programs that meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
You can expect to manage the timely accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and maintain the validity of Certificates of Airworthiness for all aircraft. You'll supervise engineering orders, modifications, and configuration control, analyze reliability data to optimize maintenance schedules, and serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities including GACA and EASA.
This is a critical role where your leadership will directly enhance operational safety, fleet reliability, and Riyadh Air's reputation for engineering excellence.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive management positions within an airline environment.
You are expected to possess strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory frameworks (EASA Part M/Part CAMO, GACA, FAA). You will bring proven experience in managing large fleets and complex maintenance programs, with a demonstrated track record of leadership in a managerial or directorial role.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess an Airframe and Powerplant ICAO/GACA License, as well as hands-on experience with reliability analysis, configuration control, and serving as a nominated post holder for airworthiness with regulatory authorities.
