About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you an experienced aviation engineer with a deep command of Aircraft Maintenance Programs and a drive to lead? Join our team and take ownership of one of the most critical functions in keeping the RX fleet safe, compliant, and performing at its best.

In this role, you will own and evolve our Aircraft Maintenance Programs across all fleet types, strategically aligning manufacturer specifications with regulatory mandates from GACA, EASA, and the FAA. You will apply advanced MSG-3 methodology, integrate specialised programmes including ETOPS, RVSM, and LVO, and serve as our primary liaison with aviation authorities for AMP approvals and amendments.

You will work closely with Reliability Teams to leverage aircraft performance data, optimise maintenance intervals, and deliver measurable cost efficiencies, all while minimising operational disruption. You will also lead audit readiness, drive documentation excellence, and optimise the use of AMOS across Build-up, Management, and Revision modules.

Strong analytical ability, rigorous attention to detail, and proven experience managing maintenance programs on the B787, A321, or A350 are essential.

If you are ready to step into a leadership role that directly shapes how one of the world's newest airlines maintains its fleet, we want to hear from you.

About You

Degree qualified in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field, you will bring a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial aviation, with a strong focus on the development and management of Aircraft Maintenance Programs, ideally within a leading airline, OEM, or MRO environment.

You are expected to demonstrate deep proficiency in MSG-3 methodology and a thorough understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks, including GACA, EASA, and the FAA, with a track record of translating complex technical requirements from MPDs, MRBRs, CMRs, AWLs, and Airworthiness Directives into effective, compliant maintenance solutions. Familiarity with AMOS across Build-up, Management, and Revision modules is highly advantageous, as is hands-on experience with B787, A321, or A350 maintenance programs.

We would love to hear from you even more if you have a proven record of leading AMP evolution in response to regulatory change and OEM updates, while delivering programme outcomes that are on time, within budget, and fully compliant with international standards.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
